Chair, Personal Injury– Mr. Wasserman’s practice specializes in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death litigation. Mr. Wasserman has been practicing law for more than 30 years. He has dedicated his career to representing those injured due to the negligence of others. Mr. Bennardini concentrates his practice in the areas of complex commercial and business litigation, securities litigation and arbitration, professional malpractice and legal ethics, and adversarial probate litigation. After retiring from the United States Coast Guard as a law specialist in 1997, he practiced with the firm of Tew Cardinas until the founding of Katzman Wasserman Bennardini & Rubinstein, P.A. in 2001.

Craig A. Rubinstein
Partner
A member of American Mensa, Craig Rubinstein received his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics, cum laude, from Brandeis University. While a student at Boston University School of Law, from which he received his Juris Doctor degree, in addition to being a member of the Kaufman Securities Law Moot Court Team, he authored “Excessive Mutual Fund Advisory Fees", which was published in the Annual Review of Banking Law.

He concentrates his practice on complex commercial and corporate litigation, contract disputes, and professional malpractice. His experience includes pursuing and resolving claims that have sought damages as high as two-hundred and fifty million dollars; however, he prides himself on assisting each of his clients to achieve the best results possible no matter the size or nature of the case.

Helaina Bardunias

Ms. Bardunias represents national and local clients in complex business litigation in Florida's federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration. Representative matters include the successful defense of a Big Four accounting firm in a $500 million auditing malpractice arbitration; the successful prosecution of a national construction and engineering firm's multiple-contract dispute with the Seminole Tribe of Florida, including raising and prevailing on issues of first impression to overcome the Tribe's sovereign immunity defense; obtaining the dismissal with prejudice of a federal shareholder and ERISA class action against U.S. Sugar Corp. regarding a $1.7 billion sale of assets to the State of Florida; and the successful defense of a national real estate developer in a comprehensive plan consistency challenge in the trial and appellate courts.
